From junior to senior levels of experience, we all are challenged with how to manage our careers and achieve our goals. This interactive workshop will explore the 67 characteristics and 5 pillars of leadership that are key to unlocking the door to career success.

Barbara Shuck, FSMPS, CPSM, who knows quite a bit about leadership herself as a past president of SMPS and the New England and Arizona chapters, will introduce methods for identifying traits and conduct a group discussion and exercises geared towards honing these characteristics effectively to promote career advancement and professional fulfillment.

The takeaways from this session—including a detailed worksheet—will be of value to all types of marketers and business developers, whether you are a firm principal, a future leader, or something in between. Register and then download the worksheet ahead of time so you can prepare to engage and benefit from guided personal reflection and action planning.
