In the past year, companies have been forced to face the workplace challenges of COVID-19, economic instability, and social unrest. While many have navigated through these challenges, 2020 cast a light on the lack of preparedness throughout the A/E/C industry when it comes to crisis response. This session will explore best practices to help you craft your own proactive crisis communications plan and develop responses for unexpected health and economic disruptions, cyberattacks, hacking, jobsite accidents, and more so that you can create messaging that protects your firm’s reputation and brand.
