As marketers, we all need quality photography, whether for headshots or projects.
Join award-winning photographer, Adam Kilbourne, FSMPS, CPSM, to learn the basics skills to take usable shots for those times when you can’t hire a professional.
In this session, you’ll look at the most important camera settings, talk about composition for portraits and architecture, learn about Adobe Lightroom, and go through all the basics to help you get that extra bit of wow in your photos. Adam will share his favorite resources and best practices that have helped him improve his photography skills over the years.
Bring your laptop and follow along and if you would like, feel free to bring your camera as well!

Adam Kilbourne, FSMPS, CPSM is President of Tec Inc. Engineering & Design in Eastlake, Ohio. Adam has been with the firm for 20 years, where his responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day business administration. An SMPS member since 2005, Adam received his CPSM designation in 2008 and was named a Fellow in 2016. In 2015, Adam received the SMEI Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award. He received a B.S. from Texas A&M University in 1996 and attended the inaugural class of SMPS University in 2011 and Pinnacle Experience in 2017. He is a published and award-winning photographer.

Cancellations made two weeks prior to the event will be fully refunded, minus a $10 processing fee. Due to SMPS Philadelphia’s commitment with vendors, all cancellations after that time and no-shows will be ineligible for a refund, though a registrant may substitute for another event at no charge up until 24 hours prior to the event.
