8:30 to 10:00 AM – Panel Discussion with Q&A
“Design is the silent ambassador of your brand.” — Paul Rand
Graphic design is an integral tool in successful marketing departments. Often in the AEC industry, where in-house designers may be a luxury only for larger firms, marketers of all stripes and backgrounds are tasked with the visual representation of their firm’s brand, projects, people, and values.
Today, the role of an AEC designer may encompass all matter of client-facing communications and advertising, qualifications for proposals, project renderings, presentations, and internal messaging from HR. Design in AEC is a niche with its own specific parameters, considerations, and politics. Our panel of designers and marketers will share the tools and resources they use everyday, strategies for developing and communicating ideas to decision makers, and methods to stay current and creative in the AEC industry.
