Throughout the A/E/C industry, many firms experience a disconnect between their marketing staff and senior level management. From a general lack of understanding for everything marketing departments do, to a perceived (and sometimes real) lack of support for marketing initiatives, many firms struggle to recognize and address these complex communication issues. This interactive panel discussion will feature three pairings of management/marketing leaders in the construction, engineering, and architecture fields, and discuss how these individuals have been able to successfully navigate this issue, strengthen the effectiveness of their teams, and as a result expand their corporate brand.
