Patricia L. Perevich, CPSM
Trish has more than 20 years of experience in the field of marketing, with the last 17 years in professional services marketing. She served as marketing manager for LaBella Associates, a full service Rochester, N.Y. based A/E firm for over 15 years. As a member of the leadership team, she helped brand and grow the firm from 55 to 150 employees. She is presently the director of business development at BWA Architecture + Planning in Philadelphia.
Prior to entering the A/E industry, Trish worked in advertising, market research, and physician marketing and recruitment. Her areas of focus include client relations, public relations, communications, market research, branding, tradeshows, event management and business development.
An active member of SMPS since 1995, Trish served on the board of the Upstate New York chapter as director of programs and CPSM champion and has provided program management for SMPS Philadelphia. She holds a B.S. degree in marketing, is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, and an ICF Certified Executive Coach.
Amanda Gibney Weko
Amanda combines her love of design with what she loves most about design – its power to convey ideas. With an undergraduate degree in architecture and a master’s in public relations, Amanda balances design education with communication expertise.
As principal of her consulting practice AGW Communications since 2003, she has worked for and with architects, engineers, builders, and related design professionals, offering communication strategy, writing, and graphic design. Amanda’s practice work runs the gamut from marketing and public relations planning to website development and social media integration. Her writing prioritizes audience and message for maximum results.
Committed to helping clients and colleagues communicate better, Amanda chairs the AIA Philadelphia Communications Committee and regularly lectures to PR students. She is the author/editor of three books from Panache Partners: Dream Homes of Greater Philadelphia; Dream Homes of Washington, DC; and Spectacular Homes of Metro New York; and she was a contributing editor for the books Dream Homes of New Jersey and Spectacular Wineries of Napa Valley. Her recent writing has appeared in publications including Context, Construction Today, DesignIntelligence, Healthcare Design and STRUCTURE.
